Become an Exhibitor
For many visitors, the fair is a time to show off that homegrown tomato, hand crafted quilt or prize-winning calf. Families and community come together to compete in everything from baking to agriculture. For over 700 exhibitors in 4000 classes, ages 2 and up it is not about the prize money, but a chance to show the community your talents.
How to Enter
1. Review Classes and Departments
Visit links below to look through available classes in Agriculture and/or Homecraft
2. Enter you Entries Online
Visit our Exhibitors Site to register and enter in classes. To avoid the late fees, livestock entries must be registered before Friday, September 6th, 2019. Homecraft registration can be made online until Sunday, September 22nd. After that time – registration must be made at the Carp Fair Office.
3. Pay your Membership Fee
After making your entries, our system will take you to our secure payment gateway to pay your entry fee. Cost is $10 adult membership and $5 Child. Some classes have additional fees. Fees can be paid via PayPal using Visa or MasterCard. PayPal account is not required.
4. Show at Carp Fair
This year’s fair runs from Thursday, September 26th to Sunday, September 29th, 2019. Homecraft entries can be brought in Wednesday, September 25th, 2019 beginning at 6:00 pm Entries will also be accepted on Thursday morning from 8:00 am – 9:30 am.
